The stay was good, room was well maintained and clean. The runway view was interesting for watching planes! When we were checking in, I saw a tray of cookies being brought out. I went to ask for one for my child, but the counter guy gave me a weird look. Maybe their cookies were just meant to be on display beside him. Felt very disturbed by his unfriendliness. Runway room is not suitable if you are a light sleeper. We kept getting disturbed by the planes in the early morning. But overall, a good stay, most of the staff were friendly apart from that counter guy.

I would love to have had an option for a kids toilet seat attachment as I was traveling with a toddler. I believe this would be a great addition to the rooms here at this hotel.

Convenient being in airport precinct, reception excellent, room okay but a bit of outside noise - baby crying, people talking in nearby room at midnight Breakfast excellent

The room was clean and spacious and the view of the runway was excellent for the kids, not to mention the huge bathtub for the kids to play as well, they loved it. Location was superb and the pool was nice too. The only downside was the parking... it was expensive for a 1 night stay.

We had a great short stay at the Crown Plaza before a flight out of Singapore. Great location for international travel and a short walk to the Jewel. Great facilities and the pool is fun for playing hide and seek with the kids. Special thanks to the team for a wonderful surprise when we arrived!

The hotel is very clean and is in close vicinity to the airport. It is located at Terminal 3 within walking distance. Right next to the hotel is the Jewel garden, easily accessible by walking. There is also a 24-hour food court and shops in the basement at Terminal 3 where we walked to and had a nice dinner at the Swenson's restaurant. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a morning flight and arrived early, and they checked us in without any additional charges. We were so grateful for their hospitality and kindness! We reserved two rooms (family travel) and both rooms were in very clean conditions. Couldn't have asked for more!
