Ambassador Transit Hotel Terminal 2

The Front Desk /Receptionist on 10/11/23 (around midnight) was very nice, accommodating and courteous , and made sure to give us a room away from construction noise. Because it was late, she gave us 2 complimentary meal tickets for late dinner. The room was nice and clean, and the bed really cozy that we slept through the night. She was very considerate and offered us 2 hours extension because we checked in very late as we landed at 11:35 pm. Our bathroom was very clean and completely stocked with toiletries. Breakfast was also good with choice of drinks. It was a wonderful experience and we would surely come back, and also recommend to family and friends.

Located in the transit area, very good place to sleep although very overpriced but this is in an airport so not much other choice is there. Room was good, bathroom had the basics. We had the triple room which was big enough for us and our 2 kids. (Baby cot is available upon request). The breakfast included was very disappointing (good but so basic), and didn't reflect the price of the room.
