Village Hotel Changi by Far East Hospitality (SG Clean)

Its just a peaceful safe place to stay.Staff are friendly,close to the beach and many good food places and reasonably priced.Definitely will recommend to family and friends.Rooftop pool is a big plus.

While I have visited Langkawi many times, this was the first time since the pandemic. The property was very good but a number services were limited due to remodeling. The beach chalet that I rented was nice but needed updating, especially for a 4 star resort. We need to change accommodations due to water (from a thunderstorm) leaking into the electrical lights in the bathroom. Also an ant colony which may be the nature of the tropics. Location is very good with walking access to Pantai Cenang with some decent restaurants . The Red Tomato is one of my favorites but they did not have the margherita pizza with real buffalo mozzarella on my visit. The restaurants at the resort were a bit over priced for the quality of food. They try to accommodate a wide variety of cultures and cuisines but there were not enough people at the resort to support the diversity. The facility has good swimming facilities and is good for children and families. The staff and housekeeping was excellent and helpful.
