Trump International Hotel & Tower New York

Wife and I had the Park View Deluxe and it was phenomenal. Love the room ambience, the high ceilings, and the location right across from Central Park and many midtown endeavors. The service though is really what sets this place apart. The staff is top notch. From the front desk greeting, to the concierge (who got me last minute dinner reservations in Soho), to the bellhop, and the room cleaning staff (who were incredible, knew my name, cleaned at least twice a day), you will be pleasantly surprised. I travel a lot for work, and take my family (wife and three young kids) all over (Europe and Americas). So I have discerning and high standards. But this hotel far exceeded them all. Highly recommend.

I hadn't been to this property in five years, and yet, the doorman remembered me and called me by name as soon as the cab door opened. Additionally, since I had registered a child to my room, a hotel t-shirt and drawstring backpack were waiting for him as gifts upon entering our room. A child size robe also awaited him to be used during our stay in the hotel. Room service was always on time and accurate.

I am so happy i booked this hotel for my 40th birthday. All gold and shiny. They upgraded my room upon arrival. Opened and closed blinds, prepared bed for our kids and put it away in a morning for all 3 days. Everyone was smiling and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back next year.

Trump International Hotel & Tower is an extraordinary property perfectly situated in front of Central Park, and it is a great property with spotless rooms. But, what sets it apart from other hotels is the quality of its staff and their commitment to service. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel that you are special. Once you get to the front desk, you might be as lucky as I was to interact with Ms Rabiga Z. and her manager who went out of their way to accommodate my request for an upgrade. My family and I will be returning there once again for Christmas, and we know it will be treated as welcomed guests once again. 5-stars in all respects.

Great for family to explore Central Park

Was disappointed that the pool did not have adult hours for lap swims; instead children with beach balls and jumping in and out of the pool where I couldn't swim in a calm environment. The reason for us coming to Trump was due to my heart condition I need to swim every day. They should have "adult only" swiming hours.

This hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating to my family we had such a wonderful experience. Will be coming back for sure.

The lobby is a little disappointing, and not a fan of the decor overall, but it was none the less very nice. The employees are friendly and helpful, the desk staff remembered our name after we checked in and said hello to us by name each time we passed by. We had a suite and I did not realize that it had a small kitchen in it. We didn't use it, however for a family it would have been very useful. The large windows are a real bonus.

Beautiful hotel in one of the best locations in NYC. The staff are among the nicest and most attentive employees that I have been around in a long time and I travel all over and stay in many high end hotels. I also brought my fox terrier and she was treated like a princess! I plan to come back with my kids this Christmas season and can’t wait!
