The Bryant Park Hotel

Check-in was excellent (shoutout to Scott). We were greeted with bottles of water and had a bottle of Prosecco and toys for my two children waiting for us in the room. Service overall was excellent in all regards. The only item that could potentially be improved is more comfortable beds.

We stayed here during a very hectic nye wkend with toddlers. The staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond always. The family suite was the most room you will ever get in an NYC hotel room. We overlooked the park which had the winter village going on and it was great!

This was not my first trip to NYC but this was my first time staying at the Bryant Park hotel. I booked the junior suite to have a little extra room for my four day stay. We had a beautiful view of Bryant Park. I can’t say enough about the hotel and staff. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! The room was spacious, incredibly clean, and had the most beautiful bouquet of yellow roses. I would definitely stay here again. Other pluses were diners, the supermarket, the wine shop, coffee, and more easy to walk.

Wonderful stay, just like previous ones. We were greeted so warmly and were also upgraded to a junior suite, which was lovely and spacious. This is my favorite hotel in NYC because of its location and because of its wonderful staff! I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time- pillows and mattress were perfect. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash all smell delicous and the robes/slippers are a super-nice touch. We especially like the cool vibes of the bar downstairs and the drinks are really yummy! Thank you again for such a great stay and for pampering us! We will be sure to come back.

We stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel for 3 nights and felt very much at home in the city. Jo, John and Rey, who look after the front desk are wonderful, friendly people. The housekeeping staff are excellent and efficient. We ate breakfast at Koi in the hotel each day and the host/server was also very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable junior suite overlooking the park. Our stay at the hotel made our trip very memorable and special and we will definitely stay there again!

Bryant Park is a great location - W40th & 6th Ave. Times Square, the Theater District, Rockefeller Plaza, St Patrick’s Cathedral are all within a 10block walk uptown. You can walk down to 34th to the Empire State Building, Macys Herald Square, MSG & continue to 23rd St to Eataly and the comedy show areas and over to the highline/little island. We were greeted by a very nice front desk receptionist, Veronica, who gave us a room upgrade, at no additional cost. She continued to provide exceptional service during our 2 night stay. Our bags were taken from the curb right to our room in the time we drove to the parking garage, 2 blocks away. Our junior suite was spacious, overlooking the park, with a beautiful bathroom & one of the nicest hotel showers we’ve ever had. Elevators were quick and that is not always the case in NYC! We definitely will be returning to this property in the future - it’s a magical location at Christmas time and it’s definitely on our to do list.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Apart from the obvious requirements, such as cleanliness and comfortable rooms, the staff are so efficient and welcoming (especially Scott, Veronica and Dwight). They simply can’t do enough for you. Scott heard the reason for our first trip to NYC and as a surprise he upgraded us to an even better room (even though we were happy with our original room). It was so thoughtful. We will most definitely recommend The Bryant Park Hotel to our friends and family. The location is superb too, with easy access to so many tourist attractions, several of which are within walking distance. We’ll definitely be back.
