Great choice if you are travelling with families and young children. The units with kitchen are very convenient. This property is very close time square and broadway and have great location

The staff was extremely friendly and worked very hard, especially to serve the breakfast when it was very busy. Value for money, amazing with breakfast included. Rooms were spacious for New York City, and for a family of four, they are outdated but still very worth it! Location, amazing close to everything. 5 mins to Times Square but far enough away not to be noisy! 15 min walk to Grand Central station was awesome!

What was not to like? Room was awesome, kitchenette was very nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing- great variety/selections but the hot dishes were Luke warm. But the staff were awesome, you would be hard pressed to find a better location- close to so much. Subway across the street. Eating surrounds the place. Our whole family loved the place.

Stayed with my family early March 2024. The location is fantastic with easy access to Times Square and Madison Square Garden. Although interior furnishings are a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but basics. I’m not sure where all the negative comments about staff come from as everyone was super nice and helpful. We would stay there again without any hesitations!

Super comfy beds, very friendly hotel staff and excellent location. Stayed here for one night with my kids and had a great stay. Merik at front desk gave us a corner room which kids loved and gave us fantastic dining recommendations. Thanks Merik, will stay here again in next visit to NYC

Excellent place for my family trip to NYC. Room was just what we needed and comfortable. Area was safe and close to all the the attractions. The breakfast was amazing although very, very busy! The staff were wonderful and helpful, and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
