Park Terrace Hotel

I had a family issue to deal with. I’m a regular customer. Stayed there Nov, Dec, Jan, plus many times previously, and they would not credit my rooms.

I am a repeat customer. My wife and I travel to NY often and love to stay at the Park Terrace Hotel because of the excellent service, great location and amazing view of Bryant Park! The hotel staff is like a family away from home and they really step up when any help is needed. We had an issue with our room's vent and Kateryna helped us with relocating to another room in a really stress-free and timely manner. I would also like to give a shout out to Arlette as well as Hari, Skye, Levi, Claudia and Fior for being very helpful as well. The doormen/valets are also very pleasant too. All in all, we enjoy staying at the Park Terrace Hotel and recommend it highly if you are visiting NYC!

Overall an amazing stay. We were there with our kids and the staff were so unbelievably nice and accommodating. Customer service has fallen off a cliff at so many other places, but not this one! Honestly the staff did such an amazing job with every interaction that it reminder of what true customer service is like. We had rooms on the third floor and they were quiet. Such a tremendous hotel, would definitely recommend.

Centrally located for business, pleasure and family trips. Fashion, Shopping, Broadway Shows. You could be a tourist or be a business person. It’s a good mix.

Beautiful first time staying at Park Terrace! The staff at check in was incredible and the bartenders and host were so cool in the terrace lounge! Even though it was a work trip the hotel staff made my visit feel like a vacation. Cannot wait to bring my family next time.

I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again!! My husband and I decided last minute to spend the night in the city and booked a room here. It was conveniently located. The staff were soo friendly and accomodating! It was our first getaway post-baby and Maria at the front desk offered complimentary cocktails. The rooms were a great size, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the lounge, it was very modern and hip. The cocktails were delicious. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was sooo friendly.

Having lived in NYC for many years, my level of comfort with hotels in the area is zero. I've seen what visiting friends and family dealt with based on misleading websites that I won't name here. Park Terrace was absolutely OUTSTANDING for our needs. The area is great for a stay where we needed to be uptown, downtown and in every borough over a few days. We found the room to be perfectly clean, had a 'sideways' view of Bryant Park, and most importantly were able to open windows for air when most places are ridiculously overheated. Our floor did not have an ice machine and we housekeeping skipped us one day due to being really late leaving our room- the downstairs desk was so friendly and accommodating with giving us towels, coffee, etc and giving us details on where to find ice machines on other floors. Leaving our bags in storage was easy as well. Just can't say enough good things! Did not try the lounge area or restaurant so won't comment on those. However we will definitely stay here again.
