The hotel location is great. within 5 minute walk to China town and Little Italy. we booked family room which had 2 rooms with queen size beds in each. There was a full size fridge which is great but there is no microwave or any utensils to use the kitchenette. The change filter sign was coming up middle of the night which had very bright lights which woke my husband up each night who is a light sleeper.

Great value. We stayed in family suit which was the biggest hotel room I have had in NYC on a budget. Great for larger group. Would stay again. Felt safe.

The hotel was right across from a park, nicely kept and only about 1/4 mi from the subway. We loved the free coffee in the morning and were even upgraded to a “family room” for free. The park was perfect for our kids to play at the start and end to each day and it was actually clean! The only weird thing was that there was no microwave in the room.

My family and I traveled from LA for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, great city view. The staff was nice and welcoming. We had about 5 hours after we checked out till our flight left and the front desk held our luggage for a few hours while we had lunch and did our last-minute shopping.

If you are looking for a modest place with large room size in an area with affordable, tasty food, this is for you. It was very clean, and the size of the room was double what other hotels offer which is nice as were 4 ppl. We stayed in a deluxe family room . There was a full size fridge and extra sink and utensils . It would be stellar if they could add a microwave! There were a lot of Asian eats around which really suited my parents. Location is so very walkable. Walk to little Italy, Soho, tribeca (obviously Chinatown). Very close to subway stations.. about 6-8 min walk. We had housekeeping every day. They offered us luggage storage when we arrived early, as well as after we checked out . I would say if you want a nice spacious and clean place and don't care about staying somewhere glamorous, this is for you. Only con I have is the TV had very limited channels (like, 2?) And we couldn't get our safe to work. Also if neighbour rooms are loud you will hear them, but we got front desk to get them to quiet down and it was fine after that.

PROS: Staff was nice and allowed a check in a couple of hours early. Parking garage (unaffiliated) next door and a couple of others nearby too. Easy walk to subway, WTC, etc. Shower pressure was excellent and room was clean CONS: Room was noisy (people next door checked in at midnight and shower, kids screaming and parents arguing could be hear very clearly through the walls. Furnishings were outdated and baseboards really scuffed. Bed skirt had a hole, paint chipped on doors, etc.

The hotel was nice. Clean with great staff. Location was great for our family two day trip. What I would have liked - to have tv that was more than 4 channels, consistent Wi-Fi. Beds are comfortable - super clean room.

The hotel abutted Chinatown, our choice. Fun!! We had a city park outside our window, and locals were busy w/kids' soccer, etc. during the day. The only concern was the correctional facility across the park. In the future, when reserving, I will request a higher floor-- we enjoyed a direct view of the World Trade Center, but the fourth and second floors were all that remained when we checked in. Also, really cheap, yummy dumplings and flowers were close by! The staff was amazing and the hotel PRISTINE. They are updating furnishings, but NB parts-- bed, bedding, etc., top notch! The lobby coffee was DELISH, WDBA
