The property is close to airport with breathtaking view of the rooms to Burj Khalifa 1 minute walk and you are to one of the nicest shopping mall that has lots of retail and not too busy like Dubai mall so you get to enjoy your time There is a machine for tax refund in the mall Also night time you get the dancing fountain and lots of families and kids playing by the water Festival city is a true festival place

Festival City is a great location. It is attached to a mall and there are great facilities for families. It’s a very good hotel, very safe neighborhood with shopping and activities. Lots of restaurants to choose from in walking distance or at the hotel. Other hotels like the fairmont, Marriott Marquis and Conrad are a little more upscale, but very isolated and you need to take a taxi everywhere. Only negative is the concierge is not very knowledgeable so don’t rely on them.
