Element Al Jaddaf, Dubai

Awesome hotel to stay if visiting Dubai. The daily breakfast was great, love the variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Everything was great, love the rooms.

Element was the perfect hotel for our family of 6. From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful and attentive. Every morning we came down to a wide range of breakfast options. Really fresh and tasty. The hotel is really great for families, couples and individuals. Something for everyone. We went swimming everyday. Amazing views and clean with great staff. Great gym yo workout in, well equipped. Overall, myself and my family had an amazing stay, made amazing memories. A huge thank you to the Element Al Jaddaf Hotel.

The hotel staff were very helpful...David and his colleagues on Reception. Ansari was also very helpful. Chef Anton and waitress Angeline, made breakfast very enjoyable. Bijay the pool and gym attendant always there with a bottle of water and towels was great and very attentive. The houseboys who cleaned my room everyday did a great job. However, the only disappointing thing for me was one of the pool attendants working on Bijays day off, so it was a Friday, spent the entire afternoon more interested in watching videos or something on his mobile phone....he turned a blind eye to diving in the pool, then four children that came to the pool without an adult to supervise them and they were noisy, eating ice cream, shouting and jumping around and I’m sure disturbing others apart from myself. He was just not interested in doing his job properly and keeping the area under control. He should have pointed out the rules that are clearly displayed to the diving adults and noisy children. There could easily have been an accident. Guests must clearly be told to be considerate to other guests if they don’t have the intellect or manners to figure it out for themselves. Generally, the hotel was clean, rooms quiet and in a very convenient position for the Metro.

I like everything from this property.No complaints at all. My favorite place to stay every vacation in Dubai. I highly recommended don’t matter if you go with family or couple vacations.

Amazing home away from home for a week’s family holiday. Stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Had all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Housekeeping standard was amazing, especially when compared to other hotels in Dubai.

I stayed at the hotel with my family. Firstly it is an excellent hotel. Its in a great location and the amenities are excellent. Every member of staff was amazing. The security staff were amazing and very always helpful. A special thank you to all the staff at breakfast who made sure we were all looked after at breakfast. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience as well as great food. The whole team at breakfast were amazing. A big thank you to the reception staff - Each one of them always provided assistance with a smile and nothing was ever too big or small for them to help with. In particular Ayoub from the reception staff was amazing from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay. Ayoub also arranged a really nice surprise for my wife and I on our wedding anniversary. Also a big thank you to all the Swimming pool staff who again went out of their way to provide an excellent experience. In particular a big thank you to Mr Min Badhur who was one of the lifeguards. He made every day safe and brilliant at the Pool. He kept everything at an high standard and very clean inside the pool and outside the pool. He would ensure that our children were kept safe inside the pool and everywhere around the Health Club on the top floor. No job was too big or small for him and he would always ensure we had enough water to keep us hydrated while always smiling doing his work! Great hotel and staff.

I went to the Hotel around 1pm and i was told that the apartment. i had no problem becuase i understand that check in is at 3. However, i came back at around 7pm yet the apartment was not ready. i had to make my family wait for around 30 mins.
