Grand Hyatt Dubai

Great hotel. Still waiting for the new pool facility to open so the kids can have more fun. Staff is great and they listen to your comments. Special thanks to Jackie, the lobby ambassador and to Dana the assistant manager.

Lovely hotel, location for us was ideal and the staff were brilliant especially with the kids.

Very nice and perfect for families

In on word it was an amazing stay. The room was very spacious with a long view over the Creek and room facilities very very adequate. The hotel has a lot of facilities for every age. Room service and housekeeping was impeccable. Dinner in one word was just fantastic in IZ. Breakfast was truly brilliant at The Collective & The Market Cafe with a special thanks to Sridharan, Kajol, Claris, Dina and Manoj for their hard work and courtesy extended to me and my family. Hotel has a fantastic outdoor pool with peacock sanctuary which my kids loved. Would rate the overall experience at Grand Hyatt Dubai as Outstanding and Memorable. I would surely love to come back with my family again. I rate them as One of the best in Dubai in my experience to date

Building work is ongoing in the property which could be heard at times & which reduced the availability of better appointed rooms. The tennis courts were also unavailable due to building work. We had one night of disturbed sleep due to the nightclub, which we were previously unaware existed, but the hotel kindly moved us to a room where we would not be disturbed. Our last night was also disturbed due to children running up & down the corridor until 3AM.

Overall the stay at the property was fantastic. However, we were a little disappointed that the water slides and kids water playground were under construction

Room good , staff exelant , but kids don’t go all inclusive as it says , they cheated us

Excellent all round for me and my three children

Super family hotel and much better value than other Dubai 5 star hotels as long as you don’t need a beach. Restaurants were all great although the Tiger Jax bowling and sports place was ridiculously expensive so watch out taking kids Staff were superb throughout and made our stay so much better. Can’t recommend enough 👍

The rooms are nice but the children’s pool is shut as they are building a new one…this would be fine but the hotel do not inform you of this prior to booking and there is a lot of noise from the construction.
