Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf

It was an amazing and clean pkace, family freindly, very affordable, staff were very polite and welcoming. I would go back again and would definitely recommend for friends.

The hotel was always clean. The staff was pleasant at all times. I wish the pool stayed open later. It closes at 8 pm and the industry standard is usually 10. However, they also keep a lifeguard on duty which I don’t think I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Overall, I would 1000 percent stay at Premier Inn Al Jadaf if I ever visited Dubai. Our family had two rooms next to each other and it was an awesome vacation❤️

Amazing place, very clean, friendly staff and central location close to all amenities. My kids loved their stay. Would certianly recommend for families.

Great experience with family

I booked this hotel with some doubts, as it was only a 3 star hotel. I was not impressed when we arrived at around 4 am and found that the family room was not prepared for 4 people (there were no extra single beds). We had to wait for half an hour before someone came to make the beds. We also only got two towels and two water bottles. However, they fixed everything within an hour. The room had a hair dryer, a mini fridge, but no iron. From the next day onwards, I forgot about the initial disappointment. The staff were amazing, especially in the breakfast area. I want to thank all the staff, especially Gulsan and Jorel, for being so helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was also great. It was a 10-minute walk to the Metro Al jaddaf station (Green line), and there were supermarkets nearby. For Muslims, there was a mosque just 2 minutes away. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and even got our hair done at a local salon. We felt very safe travelling late at night with our family. The Dubai mall/burj khalifa was a 10-15 minute drive away, and the airport was about the same distance. By metro, it took us about 40 minutes (including the walk from the hotel to the station). All in all, the cleanliness and courtesy of staff will make me book this hotel again, when I’m next in Dubai. Thank you!

Good hotel. Excellent for families with two children. 🏅 But there are some glaring issues that need to be fixed. * You have to take your luggage yourself to the room. They give you two options for this - a cart or a bell trolley. * If you need cutlery in your room, they ask you to go downstairs and take it yourself. I've never ever come across anything of this sort. There's Costa coffee on the ground floor, opened 24h, so you can grab a quick snack at any time. Decent gym and swimming pool. Nuevo restaurant is stellar, and so are their servers, especially Jorel and Annie. Extremely helpful and courteous.

I stayed here for 7 nights with my family and didn’t like it at all. Firstly the rooms need some update for sure. Everytime you have to ask for an iron and towels are just 2 in the room and they knew we were 3 so everyday I have to call and ask for extra towels and have to wait up to an hour for it to be delivered. This is a so so property with nothing special. One night we got stuck in the elevators as the light turned off inside too and my 8 year old was very scared . It kept telling us help is on the way and finally after 5 mins we got back to the ground floor and changed the elevator to get back to our rooms. It was also a hassle as our room cards wouldn’t work in the elevators and we had to walk back to reception to have it activated again. The only thing good is the reception staff are friendly and that’s about it.

We have came from Sodia Aram (Madina ) at about 9.30 am and we did not take any sleep last night ,We have informed them and shown the paper of booking confirmation. The respective officer requested us to wait . We was waiting at hotel waiting room. about 12.30 pm the respective officer informed me that you will get only one room where 2 persons will be allowed and you will have to take another rooms as you have booked through hotels.com agent . I have requested to them please allow one room our baby and families are too tired, sleepless , I will disuse about the issues latter . But the said respective officer was not agree to allow us one room. and he will be allowed one room subject to confirm payment of another room. Lastly I have agreed to take another room and they have allowed our room which was confirmed through your end. We are very much disappointed about their behavior and we have suffered in this hotel .We have confirmed the room adult 4 and 1 child. This is the situation. Please take proper action for the unexpected and condition behavior

A good location which is near the Al Jaddaf metro station. A nice hotel which is great for families. Good value for money and there is a decent breakfast available on site. There is some construction work taking place nearby but that’s generally the case in Dubai.
