Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights

Perfect staff! Every wish tried to be fulfilled. We were travelling with baby (<2 years old) and really everybody was making jokes with him and took care while we waited, were at breakfast or at the pool. We got a baby bed in the room, found enough to eat for him at breakfast, they even got a kids menu at the pool bar. Pool has a life guard, a baby pool and even at the big pool he could enjoy playing in the shallow water where the sun lays where located with the little fountain. Only slight disadvantage was no really good place to change the diaper - but that's really the only thing to complain about. Very polite and helpful staff, nice location, taking a taxi to downtown or airport for a 15 min ride. Enjoy creek harbour - it takes some minutes, even a mall is just a 15 min walk away. Outside you will find Subway and a 24/7 market, there is a Starbucks, the train station is a 10 min walk. There is a kids area inside the hotel but it will be starting at the age of 5. They even offer baby care service, but we did not try. Breakfast is rich and various. Coffee and many variants of it are available. There is a little restaurant just in front of the reception. We had sandwiches and Pad Thai - really good. At breakfast and inside that restaurant you will get a baby chair. Only once at breakfast there was no baby chair left. There are two breakfast locations - one just beside the reception and the other one on the opposite side of the lobby. Both have the same offers.

The Hyatt exceeded my expectations. Staff was really nice and attentive. We had a family suite booked and it was spacious. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our rooms daily. They even came back in the evening one day when we were in our room late. Overall, I was very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced. Location is great. It’s under 3 miles from Dubai mall. The drive to the airport is about 10-15 minutes. The only thing they can improve on is the executive lounge. They offer coffee and a pastry if you add it on as your package. It felt limited and you cannot leave the lounge with your drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel due to excellent service and amenities.

Hayat Regency, just remember this name for the best hotel in Dubai. I have stayed for four days with family at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us.Special thanks to reception staff - Khadeja in particular was extremely professional and helpful The breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other people who wants to go to Dubai. Will be back to this place soon
