InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City, an IHG Hotel

Amazing stay with the kids the apartment has 2 bedrooms 2 bath kitchen living room dining room beautiful view was exceptional

My all times 1st family choice when visiting Dubai , Excellent location quite and peaceful, staff very welcoming and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Muhammad Hamad the Guest Experience Leader who arranged for my favorite option , this apartment hotel was and will be my top choice , keep it Up

We had a amazing experience during our stay. The staff was kind enough to upgrade us for larger suite since our room was not ready at the time we arrived at the hotel. It is located in a very convenient location in the festival city. The view from the room was great. My kiddo really enjoyed it. Entire hotel staff was very helpful and respectful. Rooms were modern and very clean. The breakfast offered verity of food options for everyone. I would definitely stay in the Intercontinental residence in my next visit.

I stayed at the Intercontinental Residence Suites for 5 nights in August and I have to say it was one of my best stays. From the moment I checked in (which was 2am) I was so relaxed as everything was so smooth and efficient. I was travelling with 3 children so was a bit nervous but everything was lovely. The rooms were really nice and had everything I could ask for with children. The indoor pool was just what we needed to keep kids entertained specially as it was too hot outside. It was very clean and child friendly. The breakfast was also really good and had everything you could ask for. Special mention to Caroline who was really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for kids. Housekeeping was also really good and our rooms were clean before we came back after breakfast. Special thanks to the driver of the shuttle too as one of my guests came to visit us but ended up at the other Intercontinental and their cab left them but the shuttle bought them to us at the Residence suites so special thanks. All in all had a great stay and very relaxing. The only downside was that my room was on the first floor as hotel was busy so didn't get a nice view. Apart from that would really recommend and will be staying here next time with family! Thank you!

Amazing hotel Great location for airport and mall Huge rooms Excellent staff Brilliant Breakfast Only criticism for a 5* Apartment hotel i would expect a 24/7 Room Service, after 12 very limited menu and nothing for kids!
