The best hotel for family at Yas Island. Connected to Warner Brothers World, Yas water world. All access is free if you stay at hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful

This is a lovely hotel, and the staff were great. It has a striking lobby, in a great location. The roof top infinity pool (adults only) was lovely, and always quite quiet. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed and annoyingly it was due to scheduled refurbishment works but we were not told until the day we arrived and it was closed the whole week we were there. We don’t have children so wasn’t too bad for us, but we did both get a complimentary breakfast at the buffet when we complained. The hotel had a shuttle bus (not sure if they do this all the time or because pool was closed) to another Hilton hotel a few minute drive away which was beautiful and free entry into a beach club there too. We walked from here to the marina, so it turned out well for us.

for a family with kids definitely worth it. Not for people without children.

Starting with the positive things, some of the staff is incredibly helpful, specially the breakfast staff. The hotel is incredibly well located for visiting the Yas island parks. The breakfast has a wide variety and has a great quality. The rooms are comfortable and soundproof enough, so that even at a family hotel I couldn't hear much from other rooms. However, this was by far the most expensive hotel I paid for so far, and it didn't live up to expectations. Warning: you will only get to use the theme park tickets for check-in day or check-out day, besides all other days. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights (5 days) but they only grant 4 tickets, so you need to choose if you skip on the parks on check-in or check-out day. Word of advice for the hotel: be like any other park hotel in Europe or the US and include both check-in and check-out day. Also, even though only some hotel parks do this, it would also be amazing if it was possible to move between parks during the same day, and go for multiple parks in one single day. For the first time ever, one afternoon we arrived at the room and the door was left open by the housekeeping staff. Thankfully nothing was stollen from us, but that is something we had never seen happening to us. Overall, the hotel is quite good, but is lacking in a lot of areas for it to make up for its price. Specially, being a park hotel, the limitation with the tickets, and the door being left open, are absolutely not acceptable.

At first there was a problem with the check in we had to wait about 30 minutes with a 3 years old child at the lobby although we arrived the hotel after check check in start time. Then when we got the room we found out that we have a twin beds instead of a double bed when I contacted the staff they said I had to reserve a king bed size to get a double bed. And we got noticed only when we got into the room that the pool is renovating but they head a nice pool instead at the hotel nearby in a few steps away from the hotel pool. But all the rest was amazing the staff is very nice and incredible the room was great food was delicious. The entertainment characters were stunning for our 3 years old. They really did a great job and she was very excited to see them all day time. The hotel is steps away from the water world and the Warner brothers park that's really comfortable. I have to say that's some manager called me and asked to hear about our checking problem and he offered to help with anything else. We had to leave early morning so he arranged for us breakfast to go and the taxi that waited for us in 5:00 a.m.

Very nice hotel, amazing for kids. Children love the parks. We will came back again

Review Lovely family experience “Before we arrived read all the reviews and was assuming people make up stuff before they rush home… but genuinely hats off to the team here at Warner bros. We arrived from london family of 4. (3 and 8 year old). Our main suitcase was stuck somewhere and didn’t arrive for two days. Perfect location to get to the mall and get new clothes! The staff gave us toothbrushes/ paste and where possible tried to make the stay as easy as possible As part of our package we got park accesses free to 1. Warner brothers 2. Yas world (lovely family experience) and 3. Ferrari world (not many rides for little toddlers) The kids loved it. Perfect location to get to all the rides/ places. Taxi are very cheap so getting to the mall cost £2.50 Food: breakfast and dinner was lovely. A good selection of foods and very accommodating staff. My youngest only eats fried egg white which they accommodated everyday. The first breakfast was manic as there was so many guest and the queue was to the door. The following day they opened the private restaurant for breakfast serving and gave customers the option to eat in either or place. Very happy and smiling staff across the hotel. Pool side staff were extremely helpful and always on hand to help, have a chat and just make all the guest feel welcomed. Worth for having tickets to the parks included. It is cute and nice with attention to details but it is not a luxurious resort. Nice for kids and also a corporate feeling and look. But expensive with no reason.

The hotel was great, kids loved swimming in the pool while watching cartoons at the same time. We loved having a daily access to Warner Bros Park, the Ferrari world park and the waterworld park. Everything was great! And the staff at the hotel was so friendly and nice, and also with the kids!
