Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We’ve been there for 4 nights, two adults and two kids. Hotel room was nice, but on the first floor, next to reception and restaurants and we heard so much noise like music and security talking all night long, that no one could sleep. In the following day we were changed to 6th floor and this problem was solved, however room was not well cleaned, terrible smell of cigarettes. To get even worst, hotel was hosting an event from India cinema, full of actors, papparazzis, security. We were not advised of that in advance and definetely would have choosen another hotel if we knew about that. On our last night, we were coming back to the hotel by taxi and were not allowed to stop in front of the main entry because there was a red carpet going on. Security in the street forced the car to stop in the middle of the road, with the kids, stroller, shopping bags, and we had to leave in the middle of the cars and walk for 5 minutes. Then the security in the front door did not want to let us in because an actress was going out. We felt totally disrespected by hotel staff during our stay and would never come back or recommend to anyone.

My family and i had a wonderful stay at the hilton abu dhabi, the staff were great and very accommodating when we asked for a balcony room , the pool and facilties including McCaffertys bar were excellent.

Lovely property. Great service. Amazing quality perfect for families couples and traveling on business.

Really nice hotel to stay in. The foods aroma is amazing. I played football with the kids. But the only problem is that the balcony was kinda small. Overall we had a good adventure at yas island.

Excellent location for a family vacation. Buffet was great.

The location is perfect, with lots of eating options, and easy transport links to the attractions. However, we thought staff could explain hotel facilities better at check in. And also, place young families in rooms away from the Irish pub. It was very noisy till late.

An excellent accommodation but didn’t appreciate how many families with kids would be residing due to the proximity of the theme parks.

The kids loved this property, and the inclusive theme park deal was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious, just bear in mind it can get very busy and morning queues do build up during peak times. The pool can also become very busy, but other than that it was a great short stay. Thankyou
