Overall, this hotel was ok. I think there are better options for this price. The room service meals and staff were great and house keeping were very fast and efficient. Though, the lifts took a while and the buttons often did not work properly. The room itself felt like it was missing some character and comfort and the shower is quite small. There were many children running around and making noise in the hall and in the pool, making it an area we did not enjoy. A perk is that it is connected to a few large shopping malls which makes it convenient. I think if you are a young family, this will suit.

INCOMPARABLE! My family and I stayed here for eight days after staying at the Conrad Centennial and the Marina Bay Sands and this hotel outshone them by far. The service and kindness of the staff were excellent. Small details were taken care of, housekeeping was extremely considerate and conscientious . Hotel made a mistake during breakfast and quickly went into action and remedied it quickly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The entire hotel seemed to be on alert to the situation and were even more kind, gracious and generous than before. The food was top notch and you should spend the extra money for the executive suite level because you will have access to the 38th floor for champagne breakfast, teatime and “dinner”—All delicious, and all complementary with THE MOST stunning 360 degree views of the city.
We will definitely return. BRAVO.

Quite nice hotel. My child accidentally knocked a small corner of the table, the hotel service staff has been concerned about my child's safety. They didn't ask us for repairs. The location is very good and the service is very good.

Great stay in a lovely hotel in the centre of Singapore. Fantastic location - everything is pretty walkable and there are a few MRT stations nearby if you want to go a little further.
Minor gripe was that there isn’t much storage in the room, so for us travelling as a young family with Singapore as a stopover, we found ourselves tripping over our cases a few times.

Stay in Skyline suite and celebrated my 50th birthday with my family in the Pacific club lounge.
I have awesome great time filled with great memories during my 2 nights stay.
I will be back soon to celebrate my hubby birthday.
This time I will choose to stay in Pacific club with the marina view
Highly recommended staycation.

This stay was disappointing. Previous experiences were much better. Booked the skyline suite where website indicated upper levels of the hotel. Staff at check-in gave us room 621 which is on level 6, the second lowest level of hotel rooms. Staff insisted that this is a better suite but I don't see it as any better from the photos i see on the website. The 'skyline' view was the swimming pool.
Breakfast was at level 38 and variety was bad. Barely any hot food like noodles for the kids. Was told that food is more premium but I dont see how premium the food offering was. Should have chosen level 3 for breakfast.
Asked for children's amenities like toothbrush and bathroom slippers but was given only a kodomo shower set.
Only saving grace was they allowed a late check-out of 1 hour.

Our experience at Pan Pacific Singapore was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Melvin, who went above and beyond to secure a room upgrade with a stunning view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. Heads up that if you want a view of fireworks in the Bay, you need to book an Executive Marina Bay room, not just the premier bc your view will be blocked by the Mandarin Oriental. The breakfast at Pacific Emporium, the bakery restaurant on the first level, was excellent in both service and food, and I'm embarrassed to admit we ate there for every breakfast and two lunches during our stay (don't judge us; we have a 4-year-old). We did not use the kids' club bc we couldn't drop off; it was just more of an indoor playground. The hotel's shallow pool half and gym facilities were so nice, making this a very family-friendly stay.

From the moment we walked into our room it smelled like mold and felt damp. We toughed it out as we arrived to the hotel at 10pm and wanted to sleep. The next morning at 3am the electricity and air conditioning stopped working on our conjoining room that we had booked for our children. Starting at 7am the technician started working on it and still hadn’t completely fixed it after 2 hours. Customer Service first tried to offer us a breakfast package and didn’t budge about giving us an operational room until I had to finally get my wife involved (tried to tell them if it came to that they weren’t going to like it). All and all, I’ve had better stays in a 2 star hotel on spring break in 2005 when I was broke.

It’s very convenient and clean. Hotel breakfast is very nice. Staff is very friendly but room service can be little slow depending on the time of service. Overall as a family traveler, we would recommend it.
