Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore

The view from our room was magnificent! The room itself very nice. The only thing we could point out (but really nothing significant) is that the pool area is somewhat not special. No nice view (located in the center between 2 hotels on the 8th floor), however our kids liked swimming there (one shallow pool, one deep pool) it has nice seating areas (with direct view on the pools) and a bar so really nothing to complain.

Fantastic view to see the landmarks and very easy access to raffles city mall. Good enough to enjoy the family trip to Singapore.

A lovely hotel. Only negative was the pool. It was impossible to use due to large numbers of children and swimming classes/ aqua aerobics. There is a large children’s pool that was largely empty. If a pool isn’t important to you I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

It was happy and comfortable experience. Swissotel is best place for family travelers want to move to other place and experience various foods.

I stayed with my family for 1 night and 2 days. The hotel entrance is clean and the room is spacious, and above all, the Harbor View is amazing. It's a place where you have to stay to see the view, and it's better than most observation decks. Breakfast was also good and delicious because there were many different foods. If I visit Singapore next time, I want to stay again

Very impressed with this hotel. We stayed here for 2x nights on route to another location and again for 1 night on the return home. We travelled with 2 kids and loved that the pool was accessible until the evening meaning we could have a dip straight after an afternoon flight. The rooms have incredible views of the city, Marina Bay area easily walkable and Raffles hotel directly opposite. It’s a little slice of luxury and we were very well looked after. This will be our hotel of choice if coming to Singapore again.

Choosing Swissotel The Stamford for a business trip with one of my staff obviously was a mistake. As there were two separate bookings with different room types and in additionally in advance a request for a booking at Skai to celebrate my birthday with frientds there I trusted in Swissotel's capabilities to get all these things managed. Unfortunatelly we then were asked when checking in who will get the bigger room though everything was arranged in advance. Felt totally ashamed by this unprofessional behaviour. On top no one cared for my booking request and the promissed contact by Skai booking team did not take place - so no reservation was made for me and Skai was already fully booked when we arrived. What a lousy and lazy service. Lazyness however seems to be the mantra at Siwssotel - one out of several examples: ordered a bucket of ice on TUE night and got it on THU afternoon. Breakfast was also a mass, too. Knowing high quality breakfast was a signiture dish at Swissotels in the past that one at STS was just poor in presentation, choice and taste. Served either at cocomelon, a restaurant made up for families but not for business people or at a shabby asian market restaurant which was overcrowded with the staff not at all attentive. The only light at the end of the tunnel: Venessa, Concierge at STS. She seemed to be the only staff being really attentive and luckily it was her finding a nice place for my birthday party.
