We had an excellent stay. The property was conveniently located to great dining and shopping options, as well as transportation to the bus tours. Our room had an exceptionally beautiful view of the marina and surrounding city. The workout facilities was good while the pool was adequately prepared for the avid lap swimmer, as well as the family swim. All in all too short of a time for a very comfortable stay.

Loved our stay at the Fairmont. The room was large and spacious. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us and another family with early check in and placing our room side by side. We only stayed two nights but wished we stayed longer. Only down side is that the pools are not big enough for all the guests to comfortably enjoy as there were many people with families mixed with corporate/business guests as well.

This was my first time staying at the fairmont with my family and they well exceeded my expectations. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with all requests. The place itself was super clean and well put together. The concierge outside had a fantastic character as well and was very funny and welcoming. I cannot wait to come back!

Fairmont has really become our go to hotel for our family of 4. The double double rooms work really well for us. Especially nice in the newly renovated South Tower rooms where everything is new, working and nice. Kids love the pool and also the gym was well equipped. We didn't get breakfast (as we don't in Singapore) but there were loads of options downstairs at the mall. Service was fantastic, check in and out was seamless, concierge tremendously helpful, and a great bedside manner all around the hotel.
