Ok but not prepared for child staying

Beginning with check-in, all the staff were extremely courteous and offered a wealth of information. Miao (spelling?) at the front desk was always especially helpful, even when she encountered us walking through the lobby; as was the female concierge, who wrote detailed suggestions for the best spots for a sunset view of Singapore with drinks. We stayed in a city view twin room and accommodations were nicely appointed. I took advantage of the deep soaking tub two nights (purchased bath bombs at Lush in the nearby mall). Housekeeping staff turned down beds daily and straightened up. They loaned me their vacuum cleaner to reseal vacuum travel bags after too much shopping. Thank you! We dined each morning at the hotel, as breakfast was included in our reservation, and the buffet did not disappoint. I was able to find several options on a plant-based diet and was grateful for the pot of warmed soya milk after 10 days with nothing in another country. My friend had a multitude of “normal” options available for breakfast and enjoyed it immensely. Coffee was great. We saw they also provided high chairs and place settings for toddlers. Location is perfect. After a day, we intuitively knew how and where to take the MRT metro to a few areas of town. Easy access to the amazing gardens and Bayfront Sands to reach the observation deck. We also visited Chinatown and another local area for manicures. Again, super easy from The Conrad. Do explore! Overall, I highly recommend The Conrad.

Amazing stay, top-notch service. Did their best to arrange rooms according to our booking request. Great facilities, even provided our toddler with a floaty to play with which he loved. Room was clean and bedding was incredibly comfortable.

We had an amazing time staying at Conrad. The service and hospitality is nothing as compared to the other properties we had stayed before. Requested room level and type is not available and they provide us an complimentary upgrade to the next room type. There were daily refills of the snacks (cookies and dried fruits) - cookies is tasty, not too sweet. Requested for baby cot, was delivered playpen and some necessities too. My baby girl loves the view and insist to have her breakfast by the window. Will definitely come back again!
