Beautiful old elegant hotel with wonderful history. Excellent service at front desk, porters, room service, downstairs bar. Ideal location for Broadway shows and so much more. Great rooms! Beautiful and spotless and elegant. Slept like a baby. Will def stay here again.

My favorite hotel in NYC. We had a junior suite with a roll-away in the living room for our daughter. The Warwick is a classy hotel!

I like the hotel very much. I came with a family of 5 in two rooms, with one child in a stroller. This hotel is very much suitable for families with children. The rooms are reasonably spacious for a crib, which was a deciding factor in our case. The hotel is rather walkable to many areas, including Time Square and Central Park. The stuff were very helpful as well. While the hotel didn’t have a kettle (for children milk etc), our request for one was met promptly. We decided to extend one extra night in the two connected rooms, and the stuff worked hard to keep us there and save us the hassle of moving rooms. We definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families.

We arrived early, I went to see if we could check in, since we had a long trip and kids. I was told it was $100 for early check in. Because we were tired, I went with this. The employee asked me to write down everyone’s name who will be in the room with me, so I did. We had 4 people. Once we went upstairs, we found only 2 towels! Why did you need to ask me how many people are going to be in the room if you simply could not provide the towels. Later on, when we got back to the room, we found huge cockroaches in the bathroom. Well, that completely ruined the stay. There is nothing fancy about this hotel, other than location. The only person that deserves the recognition is the doormen that was always friendly and making an eye contact. Absolutely disappointed with this hotel, waste of money.

Rooms didn't have towels, no water in the room, no shower caps, no early or late check out, service was slow, my wifes plate at Murals 54 was terrible and they still charged us even though she didn't eat it. The gentlemen with the beard at the front door and Fernando at the bell desk where great! Location was great if you want to be in Manhattan. Customer service was in general bad aside from the few mentioned who where great. I would only stay if i needed to be in the location but would not seek this hotel out. They advertise as kid friendly and that our room held 4 people but 3 of us slept in a king size bed and there are no kids amenities.

I liked the building and the rooms. We were very happy with our room. The bellhop outside was wonderful, The 2 negatives were there was no filtered water anywhere. So at night we had to drink water from the bathroom tap. I think they should install a water station somewhere. Easy, Also, they charged a room upgrade on my card without asking which lead to some hassle. For one they sent me a message at 7am which woke me up due to the phone starting to blink red lighting up right by my head. And then they locked us out of our room late at night coming back from a play. With kids this was a major annoyance, I had to go down to the front desk and figure out what was happening, all due to a person charging the wrong card. Very annoying. I felt like there was one polished person who checked us in and one person who screwed up but would not admit blame. They did not seem to understand nor acknowledge that they had charged my wrong card. All very annoying. It soured my experience, the people were all lovely, just one inexperienced person whom I’m sorry to say spoiled one early morning and late evening. I wish they had realized how they screwed up initially and how that caused subsequent issues. Oh well. took the high road as to not end on a sour note.

Excellent location. Bathroom in the one bedroom suite was tiny! Very hard to use for a small family. Otherwise loved it!
