Wasn't as great as I had remembered a year ago. Pro side: great location and some great staff including the bellmen. Cons: Rooms a little small. Staff was hit or miss. Room service screwed up the same order twice. Rooms are getting a bit dated. Didn't have the candy bar this time which my kids loved.

A great property with the most delightful staff, from check in to waiters, room service, bar attendants, room attendants... just a total treasure in the city. Great pool, too. Wish there were fewer loud children, but that's how it goes.

It was amazing. Second time staying here at the Peninsula with my family. Aaron and most staffs have made our entire stay pleasant and comfortable with excellent professionalism. It’s a luxury to have indoor pool in New York City. Peninsula has great workout facilities and studio. Convenient location and comfortable beds. Would love to return next time in NYC.
