Bell staff and front desk are awesome as usual. However the restaurant and bar service were awful as usual. Stayed with family in December and hasn’t gotten any better. Bartenders could care less, are rude and operate on their schedule. Have several rooms booked this December but am going to cancel due to restaurant and bar service.

I recently became a member with Omni but I haven’t used it yet. I booked my room through Hotels.com because the price was so reasonable. My front desk reception was chilly and I was given a very small standard king next to the housekeeping closet right behind the 2 elevators on the 12th floor. It was very noisy but I was there for a family event and I didn’t want to start complaining. The bell staff was very helpful and kind and helped me tremendously. The bed was not comfortable but it was a nice room with no refrigerator. Don’t unpack until you see the room.I felt like I was penalized for not booking directly with Omni. I won’t stay there again. Had they given me a nice room, it would encourage loyalty as a new guest. Customer Service is always key.

We checked in, and were informed that they were having an issue and the manager would be opening the door of the rooms every single time due to an issue on their system. It took a while to get checked in, but not as bad as some other locations. The manager opened the door every single time for a couple days. It was not ideal but it was ok.
I just wished they had informed us, about being in the middle of a cyberattack!!!! I had to provide my drivers license, credit card info after they knew what had happened…... Luckily, I made the reservation through Expedia and I am hoping my payment information prior to the incident is safe, but I am concerned the info ptovided after checked in.
On another episode, the concierge scheduled our car ride to the airport at 3 am at the wrong day, so I woke up with the driver text in the middle of the wrong night. We had no tv during the entire stay with 2 kids due to their “issue” meaning cyberattack. So, not the best stay! No discount, nothing to compensate the headache…
Next time, be honest and inform your guests, that way, I could have made the decision to try to find a different accommodation or stay at the hotel, but at least it would have been my choice.
They did not disclosure what had happened, we stay there for 6 days. I found out through the news at the airport on our way back home.
The location of the hotel is great, just don’t go during a cyberattack because you would not even have a tv in your room.

Nice customer service. Helpful with storing luggage and getting transportation. Nice gift bag was given to my child.

We never got to arrive because our entire family got the flu. Instead of having empathy and understanding and maintaining customer relationships, they opted to charge us for the stay instead.

I’ve stayed here several times and have loved this hotel.
This time, the restaurant service was horrific. I s/w the Asst Mgr who did his best to make it right. The next night, after we were asleep, a fellow delivering room service (we did not order room service) knocked on our door, woke us (me w a child) up and actually OPENED THE DOOR! Fortunately the latch that allows the door to open only a few inches was in place.
My confidence in this lovely hotel is shaken.

Simply perfect! We will definitely be coming back for another stay.
It was so convenient and a close walk to everything we had on our list of places to go. (Made our trip so easy!) We checked in a tad earlier than expected and the staff were kind enough to check us in earlier. (Complete life saver with a toddler and after a 2½hr drive)
Literally a perfect stay and we cant wait to come back!

The Pros: Great staff. Almost all helpful, friendly & polite. The gym was open 24/7. Hotel was clean. Bed was good. Blackout drapes were good & there was minimal LED light in the rooms. The location was around everything you wanted to do in Midtown. The cons: overpriced for what you get. It was noisy inside and out. I could hear the next room’s baby crying. Street noise was audible even 14 floors up. The soundproofing was nonexistent. If you stay there, bring heavy duty earplugs & your white noise machine.
