Staff was wonderful here and it was clean and room was spacious. Elevators were small but fast and efficient. Shower door fell and broke when I opened but housekeeping and maintenance were quick to come fix. We had booked a suite 1000sq ft can remember I think Edwardian suite but we were disappointed with the view. Thought we booked a city view but definitely not what we received. Overall it was nice stay amd my kids had their own robes and slippers that was a super nice touch.

I got to relive my favorite childhood movie with the exception of the cannonball because they dont have a pool. Had a fun weekend food was also amazing

Incoming flight delays put my stay in jeopardy. The staff worked with me to modify my reservation to better accommodate me and my family. In my opinion, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. Treated us fantastic while we were there.

The hotel is a historical landmark.. Exquisitely maintained, superb service. Great for families.. Something for everyone. 24karat furnishing literally make you feel like a king
