We have stayed at the Westin several times. This time it was with our kids. The location is very convenient. Bed as always was great. However there were a few issues: our TV didn’t work until we called for help, and our room did not have a mini fridge or bathrobe, while our friends room did.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely staying at the Westin again. Walking distance to Grand Central Station and Time Square. The staff was extremely friendly and they gave us vouchers for their buffet. My kids enjoyed eating at the hotel. Our first night there it rained, they provided us with umbrellas. Thank you to everyone!!

My family and I got stuck in the elevator for couple of hours during our stay at the Westin NYC. The staff was very friendly and compensated our stay after the elevator ordeal. Overall, the hotel is very clean and great location.

The hotel doesnt have microwave. I have a 2 year old baby and for milk they simply said you cant even use the restaurant micorwave and we cant give you any. They are trying to sell their breakfast to everyone even when i refused that i dont want it.
