I booked a room with 2 beds 3 months in advance, but when I got there they didn’t have it. Instead they wanted to give me a queen with a kitchenette. I told them I booked 2 beds so my friend and I could have our own beds, so the kitchenette wasn’t equivalent. Then they offered a Queen and sofa bed. But when we got to the room, the sofa bed turned out to be a bench with a cushion at the table in the kitchenette. They instead offered a portable rolling cot with a 3 inch mattress. I told them my friend and I were too tall/heavy to use it. It was for a child and ironically blocked the kitchenette. They told us we could sleep in the queen both nights or we could get the room with 2 beds we booked for the second night, so we would have to pack and unpack between nights which was inconvenient because we would be out late. They told us these were our choices. Both involved sleeping in one bed at least one night. There was a stalemate. Then they suddenly offered 2 separate rooms which was great. However one room had fridge and microwave and the other had a yoga mat. And the air conditioning was broken in one, in August. It was a humid box. At check out they just said sorry about that. If they had given us the room we reserved and the air conditioning worked, it would have been at least a 4. I guess it’s the luck of the draw. I can’t in good conscience recommend a place that may make you present a case just to get the room you booked or something equivalent.

We were there meeting with family, so the location of the hotel was perfect. No food available in the hotel just coffee and tea. The bathroom door has a glass panel from top to bottom and you can see, though it’s frosted, you can see the person at the sink and on the toilet. For regular electrical plugs, one next to one bed and then next to the door. If what you have is regular electrical plugged items you couldn’t use it by both for both beds. I did speak to someone at the front desk about that and they asked if I want an electrical strip and I said yes. Never heard another word will not return to this hotel.

Very good staff friendly and helpful. Room was large and enough room for family of 4. Room did look a bit tired. Small holes in wall and scrapes and dents in walls. Furniture was a bit banged up too

Really pleased with this choice of hotel for our recent family visit to Manhattan. Decent-sized, comfortable rooms and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for us, directly opposite Grand Central station, on the corner of Lexington and 45th, which made getting around the city very easy for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a sensibly-priced, comfortable hotel when visiting NYC

This boutique hotel is wonderful and very accessible to Grand Central Station . It’s safe and clean, the staff is very pleasant and very attentive . Great for a single person on business or family and friends . The business lounge is at the top of the building ., the only slight down fall is that there isn’t a restaurant/bar to hang out in if/when you’re unable to sleep . The facility does have a gym
And laundry facility. I will be back.

Great place in midtown/ Manhattan. Our second time staying with Club Quarters, different location, but they did not disappoint like last time. We had the suite and it was comfortable for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 12). Plenty of clean towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen area with cooking utensils, coffee K pods, creamer, and sugar. We had a lovely corner view from our room that had a chair next to it, so all of us have just sat comfortably just taking in Manhattan sites and sounds. You can't completely escape police / emergency vehicle sirens, but it was quiet at night and didn't bother us while sleeping. We ordered in from GrubHub or walked out for food (plenty of options around and convenient hours), as there is no onsite restaurant, although there is a food concierge service which we didn't use. The staff are kind and personable, very efficient check in and check out. Definitely recommend!

I was nervous to book here when I saw a few negative reviews, but I am so glad I did! This hotel is awesome! Super friendly staff! The room were in was plenty spacious for three adults and had plenty of room for the rollaway bed to fit. The lobby is small, but they will allow you to go up to the 2nd or 27th floor if you need a place to sit or repack before you check in or leave. They have water bottle stations on the floors that you can fill up a provide water bottle, my family and I really enjoyed making use of that for walking around the city. Terrance, Mark, Marc Anthony, and Spohiana are true assets to the company! Thank you for the awesome stay!
