This is the terrible and dirty hotel I stayed ever with my family. We reserved our room from Expedia because of the nice pictures we saw on your web page ofcourse we trust you as usual.unfortunately we are all unsatisfied.we are your members and you should understand our unsatisfaction.besides of that hotel price is absolutely high and belive or not this hotel must be without any star.my recommendation for you please you go and seat in the middle of the lobby and make your observation.than you will understan0 what i mean.so i want to see your action plan as a loyal expedia member otherwise i will crate a petition against all above complaints.

Appalling service - customer service is non existent at the front desk. Checked into a room that was covered in thick dust, no working fridge, leaking bathroom sink as in floor was covered in water when the sink was turned on. Moved room the next day. Room still covered in dust, and no working air conditioner for 2 days. Promised a room move and then later told they were sold out. The communication between departments was extremely poorly. Hospitality is about superior customer service - that doesn’t exist at this place. We left early due to the discomfort that came with no AC and the lack of communication OR consideration. No plans of returning or referring. Only shout out is to Miss Angela in housekeeping - most amazing personality with our little family, and the best thing the hotel has to offer. Too bad she probably doesn’t get enough accolades or recognition. Do better Lexington!

When i arrived at the hotel it was raining, I asked for one umbrella because i have small children to bring them down from the car and the lady at the front desk told me they didn't have any. No one offer to help me bring the luggage up to my room. horrible service if you are with kids.

Pros- Location is very good considering 8 mt walk distance from grand central/under metlife building.Rooms are clean and our bedsheets were changed everyday for the 3 days we stay at the place.Loved the lobby.Starbucks is just beside lobby. They will hold your bag for 3$ /bag for the entire day which worked out great for us since we checked out around 11am and had our flight in late night. Check in and baggage stuff were very courteous. Cons- Rooms are small - I have never stayed in a hotel with such small room for 1 queen bed room.35$ daily resort fee each day, including tax its 40$, which is given back as 35$ credit to use at breakfast or bar is pathetic considering each drink costs around 30$ and each person breakfast cost is around 32$ including taxes ,also you get only juice/coffee/frozen curd/bagels etc in that value and like us if you are a family of 2 ,you need to pay 32$ for the other persons to have breakfast.I personally had bad experience with the lady bartender - when asked for a strong drink mix ,I got the reply “all vodkas are strong “with a hint of arrogance” but may be because I was with a friend whose english speaking was not great and was little confusing for her at times, so she was presumptuous.

I’ve stayed at many marriot hotels and never had a bad experience so when I had to call the front desk 3 times in 2 days for foam pillows because I could feel the springs in the mattress from how badly it was worn down only to never receive them that was very disappointing. In addition to that my family stayed at the same hotel while we were there and received 8 drink voucher for free courtesy of the front desk and I received none….

Everyone was great, but when we went for breakfast we were questioned as if we shouldn’t be there. Not very pleasant for my family. Everyone else at the hotel was very nice

We moved out after the first night! The worst experience in the world. Stayed with my 2 kids. Arrived about 8pm, super tired as we were on london time so 1am. No one helped with the luggage on arrival, check in was slow and the rooms were small, damp and smelled of urine. Went to bed and at 10pm, house keeping barged into the room. No knocking and scared me and my kids to death. After that we couldn’t sleep and move out in the morning and went to the Loews- which offered amazing rooms and service.
