We really enjoyed our stay at the Wallace. We were upgraded to a junior suite room, and it was so spacious and well-kept. We were very comfortable and the hotel is beautiful.

This is an oustanding NYC hotel, especially for families traveling with younger kids. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed. We cherished the ability to close off the living area from the sleeping space. The neighborhood is quiet at night and in walking distance to tons of excellent restaurants and cafes, Central Park, and the Museum of Natural History. The hotel itself has a great lounge with live music. We definitely plan to return.

Favorite place to stay on the Upper West Side! A in everything!! The entire staff is kind and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Loved that I was upgraded to a junior suite when I decided to extend my stay. The lounge is a treat. The complimentary order of fries during happy hour is an added bonus. And they are deliciously crispy. An all around lovely experience!

The Wallace is absolutely lovely! Everything was top notch! The staff is super helpful and very friendly. The concierge upgraded us to a junior suite for our mid-week stay. The suite was meticulously clean and the modern décor is stunning. Complimentary coffee and bottled water amenities are such a thoughtful touch! Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries adds to the "extra touches" found at the Wallace! We LOVED staying there and will return again, since we are frequent visitors to the city. So special to have found our favorite hotel on the Upper West Side!

The Wallace really just gets you room. We had a suite but there was no pull out sofa..(and we had 2 kids with us) so we ended up w 2 queens suite. There is no food and minimal room service - pajamas just dumped on the beds towels not replaced or hung No soap refill- you get it all a phone call later - but it’s 4 star service. The room was clean and elegant. So- it’s almost an VRBO type situation. Location is great and many breakfast options in walking distance.

We LOVE The Wallace. This was our second time staying here but our first time with our kiddos and it was even better the second time around. The location is perfect, the rooms are big which is unique for the city and perfect for families, and most importantly, the staff and service were top-notch. We loved everything about our stay and will be back!

Fantastic hotel in a great location! The room was lovely and the staff was amazing. We enjoyed our family vacation and staying at The Wallace was the best decision. Definitely planning to return when we are back in NYC.

We stayed here with our 10 month old and it was a great place to stay with a baby. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel. The pictures don’t show the magnificence of the rooms and the modern touches. My new preferred place to stay in NY. For a family, the accommodations are super spacious. Looking forward to returning
