Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai

Superb hotel with amazing rooms and breakfast (one of the best I have ever seen). Service is premium, swimming pool is nice and well organised and people are not too close from each others with 3 different pools ; beach is calm and nice as well. Kid club is very secure. Dining options are very good and above average with one Michelin star portugese and a super Japanese concept. In this hotel you do not have the bad feeling to be in a big touristic hotel. Only things were that part of the kids areas were not available in a bad shape and some work around swimming pools could make noise during the stay.

I didn't know what to expect with my first time traveling to Dubai. I've received so much mixed feedback from friends and colleagues. Let me just say that I FELL IN LOVE with Dubae and a lot of that had to do with my stay at the Mandarin Oriental. This place is phenomenal from check-in to the time we departed. I stayed in July 2022 with my wife and two kids and this place epitomizes luxury and superior customer service. Everything was perfect and because of this experience, I will be back in October for my birthday.
