This location is excellent as it’s central and easily accessible with taxi/ uber / Careem The hotel was well maintained and the staff were exceptional Joyce was always very accommodating and helpful with my kids The rooms accommodate max 3 people but it was a convenient location for us to get to Dubai mall/ mercato/ popular restaurants etc and it wasn’t too busy like downtown Dubai Staying at the hotel allows you access to the Dubai Marine club beach and pools which the kids enjoyed

Overall our stay at Hyatt Centric was wonderful, it started off a bit bumpy but the hotel made it up for that by apologizing since it wasn't our fault when we booked. Lilly was great. I was a bit hesitant because there's no buffet since we had kids. The A La Carte menu is very good, delicious, fresh food and our waiter Dua was great, greet us and even gave my 5 year a cinnamon pecan cake. The room were very clean and room service available twice a day. I would definitely be coming back to Hyatt!!

The hotel is brand new and located in a nice location with so many things to see and do nearby. The staff were very attentive and always happy to help whenever needed. I requested for a connecting room since I was travelling with my family and that was given and also my room was upgraded. I found the rooms to be very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The restaurant is clean with a lot of meals varieties. We've had the best 'a la carte breakfast during our stay! Highly recommended hotel to stay in Dubai.
