Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart

We are family with 2 adults and 2 children. The stay in hotel was good but not the best, due to the next points: 1- The hotel design is modern, simple and elegent. The room size is also good. 2- The room service was good and helpful pepole. 3- The breakfast was good for 3-stars hotel, I wish they had mode recipes. 4- They do not have lifting staff for our luggage. I have had 3 big bags, they did not give a hand even when I asked, they reply it is self service. 5- Location is ok, but you need a car to reach different location in Dubai. There is bus pass close to the hotel, but the metro quit far. 6- The park is not big enough to cover all the clients cars. I get fine for 550 AED inside the park. I went to the traffic police to understand what is fine for, eventually they said because I parked forbiddin area. The officier said this is due to their design, they have to make the appropriate changes to prevent this in future. Even though this is private property, and there is no traffic sign to avoid parking in this area they only offer late check out as sort of appeasement. I hope they re-design the park to prevent similar disappointment.

I love this hotel. Specially front desk customer service is very nice. Thank you Mr. Roshan and the Manager for your co-operation with every need during our stay. Only a small thing that bothered me was outside smell while entering the hotel. I understand that, hotel can’t help as because of some treatment plant nearby. But inside, it has no impact. My family love their breakfast buffet! We also enjoyed quite neighborhood unlike other hotel near downtown. Adjacent to Dragon mart helped us buying last minute suitcases and Maraheb restaurant added the perfect test of Dubai!

We got ther around 11 am they try to charge me 200 dirham for early check-in so i refused kids tired from overnight flight i told them i stick around in the lobby till 2pm they said ok your room be ready in 30 min they could just say that from the beginning instead trying to charge me 200 Durham everything else good room smells little bit
