Premier Inn Dubai International Airport

Our family of 4 stayed at this hotel for a couple nights. We were able to get adjoining rooms and twin singles for my adult children. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing they could improve upon is the airport shuttle, we departed from terminal 2 and the shuttle only went to terminal 3 and then we had to take a taxi to terminal 2, very inconvenient since we didn’t know how it would impact our check in.

I like that the property was clean and the staff were very helpful. I didn't like that some things were self serve like when loading up our luggages to and from our unit # that we have to bring the trolly ourselves with our baggages. I didn't like that the hotel didn't have microwave in the unit # and there were no microwaves anywhere in the hotel so that was inconvenient for me and for my family as we have 2 kids. We needed to warm food but we couldn't because of no microwave so we had to throw most food in the garbage.

The main plus is the airport pickup and as a place to rest between flights it’s a win win location. The hotel itself is average but the price is also average so no disappointment there. We booked a room with twin beds but on arrival this wasn’t available . We agreed to a double with an additional single which proved to be uncomfortable as the single bed was suitable for a child but not the best for a large adult! The restaurant was adequate but not exceptional…would have enjoyed more local choices on the menu however the breakfast buffet was good value. They also have a complimentary transfer to some of the better known shopping malls and the roof top pool is great for a dip and a gander at Dubai skyline. Yes, for a stop over we would recommend Premier Inn. suit a child but wasn’t

Ramadan Mubarak The shower controls were too tight and are a bit confusing, made to have hotter shower, a uncomfortable experience. Other than that all other services are excellent. Your checking in and checking out policy is excellent. The tour guide in your front porch very informative and user friendly, so is your receptionist. Hotel room was good for a family stay over, desk service was very good, used shuttle bus to terminal very reliable and on time o my took 5 minutes. Only downside was restaurant staff were not happy and service was slow

Staff were excellent and they let us check in early as we had an infant with us. Very helpful staff

Generally delivers on what we needed, accommodated an early check-in for mother and her very tired child….would have been better if that could have been done without charge after a very long fight with an autistic boy, but done with a smile and were very helpful getting us info about the aquarium in the Dubai mall😀

5 minute shuttle bus from airport. Runs every 30 min. Has shuttle bus to close by malls. Room is spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Property is well maintained and clean.

Overnight stay after early arrival. Knowing where to get the shuttle from airport needed more signage specific for Premier Inn. Good and quick check-in. Got a family room instead of twin which was fantastic. Great for a quick stay

It not place with small kids. No microwave & no pantry to warm kids milk food stuff.
