Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan Dubai

Love this hotel and will recommend it to my friends and family for sure and can’t wait to come back again

This property is incorrectly advertised as a 5* hotel. I have spent many years travelling to Dubai and staying in some wonderful hotels this is not one of them. I was left standing in the lobby with my family at check in due to the hotel cancelling my booking as a no show even though I booked and paid for an extra day due to my early flight landing. The hotel was not clean, not tidy and most of the staff where not friendly I found them to be not accommodating. I travelled with my children who had to stay on a separate floor even though we had asked for wiping rooms. All 3 rooms had very high potent smells of cigarettes we where told that this was a smoking hotel. 🤔 I had no VIP treatment and my own personal opinion would rate this hotel at no more than 3*. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
