Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina Hotel

This dump is an absolute S**T hole. Think I am kidding? Book it and simple go to the pool area and order the awful food they serve, you will die. Its a 1 star hotel dressed up as a 4 star. THE worst hotel we have ever stayed in

Let’s start, if you want to see place how bad management will affect on employees and how that reflects on your stay that the place to go. 1: spotty carpets not just in rooms but also corridors ( simple cleaning is not enough) 2: with all troubles I faced with my family ( over noise because of constructions, selling water flood because of AC blocked at 12am ) the only apologies i heard was with my checkout. Sample call with sorry was easy to be made but no body bothered to do it. 3: the only help I got was from hotel.com I called them and they managed to talk to receptionist to change my room ( all my request to front disc was refused even when I told them upgrade the room and I will pay for upgrade ) 4 : shortness of staff was so clear 5: to be fare the only smile face I noticed their was from cleaning service and the guy help me with my luggage. 6: thank you for the piece of cake they sent to my room as it was my wife birthday. 7: I used to tip a lot during my vacation as I have rule, as long people made me happy I will be back something in return. That did not happen in that place. In the end the people running that place need to change their ways. Thank you

With a small baby, we had a great stay at the Stella di mare. Location is perfect and accessable with stroller. Great people especially Roy, who helped us having a good start in the day. Thanks again.

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. Arrived late at night and nothing was prepared for the kids!!!! Had to wait for 2 extra single beds to be brought up! Then also towles were missing - only for 2 persons but we were 4. Also, it’s very much worn down… the room we had were patched together here and there. Handles in the room came off when using them and the toilet itself was not straight on the wall!!! Sitting on the toilet you would feel like falling to the right!!!!! Breakfast was a bit of a nightmare, but I guess that’s a typical buffett in a hotel! Lots of noise and messy tables. Food was quite OK. Overall OK hotel, but it looks on the pictures and from outside like a deluxe 4/5 star hotel, but it’s not - pictures are not accurate! But perhaps that typical dubai…. Shiny and nice AND great looking…. But if you scratch the surface it’s not all that deluxe anymore….
