This is an exceptional hotel. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Dubai. We had a fountain view suite which was very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was quite a treat to watch the fountains at night from our balcony. The pool area is fantastic and run very efficiently by the staff. The lobby is beautiful and the restaurant settings are just amazing. What really made this hotel experience for us was the exceptional service we received throughout our stay in every area of the hotel. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. What r
