Very helpful staff, excellent convenient rooms with amenities for a family with three children. Views of Burj Khalifa and fountain were amazing. In room laundry, kitchen and the balcony were a huge plus.

The best locations with the view of Burj Khalifa and fountain. Hotel staff was excellent, great customer service, polite,respectful and always helpful with information. Breakfast is excellent and service. House cleaning was excellent everyday. On my last day, the hotel driver Rauf drove me to the airport and he pull off the freeway for me to take couple pics of Museum of the Future at 5 am in morning! Will definitely stay here at hotel again and will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Excellent for couple as well as families...I had booked a Burj viewing deluxe room and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment which was simply amazing..first 2 days in Dubai was perfectly worthed at Ramada with unlimited Burj Khalifa, lake, fountain, Dubai mall, address and what not from 22nd floor
