This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the interior and the staff dedication. Only downside would be there was no access for pushchair as I had a small baby but other than that the staff were amazing and welcoming especially during our stay. Would def recommend this hotel as it is a 10 min walk to Dubai mall and it was convenient for us if the little one got irritable.

I stayed 9 nights with my family and was a good decision, the location is great, the Dubai mall is crossing the street and very safe around.

Pluses: Great location .. great brand new rooms .. nice view of Khalifa Tower .. the looks of the hotel are amazing Minuses: Check in took 45 minutes .. asked for extra money to get connecting rooms for kids .. food uncovered in the guest elevator .. lobby very small .. room service took 75 minutes. Personally I won’t go there again
