This hotel ticks all the boxes,the staff omg,Vishnu, Akash,Wael, Ayush are some of the most helpful I have met traveling the world,so many more wort mentioning.My family had a fantastic vacation.Thank you all so much.

We got a nice suit room for a family of four. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast assortment was fabulous and extensive.

Mr. Hamad at reception was so kind and professional. He made our family stay very smooth and relaxing. The hotel location is also excellent. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing hotel. We took junior suite with 2 little kids. The room was very comfortable, clean and well designed. The breakfast was great. The staff was amazing mainly the valet staff. Well recommended

Well I got there Wednesday night 9/21/22 got checked in and my money wallet got misplaced and I had to appreciate they did try to help me address the incident. Had a family situation came up and had to leave early given no consideration for that had already paid and they would not allow any compensation. Live and learn. Sad thing I am also a member of IHG so I guess I need to contact them maybe they will give me some credits for my days. SO IT WAS NOT WHAT I WOULD have wanted

We stayed in end may - June for six nights as s family. Reached in the evening - close to the airport (20 mins) - check on was smooth - we got a seventh floor downtown facing room - nice view of the traffic and downtown - bed and linen are super, toilet is ok- shower is amazing- next morning and subsequently every morning found a 7 star breakfast - variety is vast, cafetieerre is nice only if you are a hard core tea drinker you won't get a well brewed tea - the kadak Chai actually tastes different than in India! Went to the pool only one day - was too hot and got a bit of a sun burn ;) love to go and stay again and again!!
