Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, its attached to ibn batutta mall and the metro station, this proved to be very helpul to me and my family. The staff was very helpful as well

The hotel's connectivity to the mall makes dining options easily accessible. Despite our intention to enjoy the swimming pool before checkout, it wasn't available as they were still filling it. While the family room comfortably accommodated three, the bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as expected. Checking in and out process was quick and easy.

The room was clean but not suitable to accommodate 4 while this is considered the biggest room at the hotel , for a family of 2 adults and 2 children you better go for two connected rooms and that will end up paying the same amount for a proper family room in 5 star hotel.

Excellent stay with family

The hotel has been very clean even with the mess in my room because of my kids the team is very cooperative especially the Egyptian guy at the reception but unfortunately I forgot his name.

I’ve stayed at this particular hotel, and this chain, dozens of times, but this time was different. After waiting while the desk agent worked on something else for 10 mins we were upgraded to the newer tower only to discover some kind of sticky oil residue on the children’s bed which had seeped through the sheets. I tried calling housekeeping but no one answered. There was only one bath towel and no iron in the room. When I called down in the morning for additional towels and an ironing board, no one came. I finally gave up after 35 minutes of waiting. As usual, the breakfast was very good, but the level of service very different from what I previously experienced.

Its an amazing experience to stay at this hotel with my family.. just 2 mnts walk to get metro and a mall with alot of options for food.. will recommend.
