Second to none! They provide a kings service! Courteous, kind and very gentle natured! From the staff at reception, concierges, valet guys, pool guys, kids club members, the cleaners. My stay was encountered by many genuine people, Chef Arshad, Zubair, Romel, Gopal, Ramadan, Ali, Dahlia, Selena, Anil, Amar. To whoever is contemplating whether to book with Oaks, just look no further, simply because this is located in the best area, quiet with no riff raff, a mall at your door step, that has everything from food, clothes shops, banks, kids playgrounds, pharmacy and much more. To everyone at Oaks, thank you so much for everything, I will be back soon, thanks for exceeding expectations.

We stayed in a bedroom apartment corner unit 163. Positive's were it's very spacious for family of 4 and beds were very comfortable. Full kitchen and maid suite included. Nice outdoor space as well. Lots of closet space. Negatives TV wasn't working and when fixed very slow and not responsive. No video streaming apps either for kids. Main bathroom had mold in corners. Need better outlets for Charging our electronics especially besides sitting areas and beds. The unit is outdated and needs some TLC.

Our stay was pretty awesome from our room , dining option and walking distance to the mall until our check out. This receptionist that checked me out took forever to give me my receipt and didn't tell me that i needed to tap my card until after i left. She stopped our Nanny that lives in Dubai after we already left. I have been waiting for our cab tor almost 20 minutes and she didnt say a word. She told my Nanny that was about to go to her car pick up that i needed to come back or else my check out is incomplete. We are already in sheikh zayed road and had to u turn which basically wasted my 20 minutes while having 3 kids in the car. After coming back, all she told me is it is ok Ma'am, we dont need anything from you. Just ridiculous. Receptionist i believe should have proper training since they are the face of the hotel.

I had an amazing time with my family. Thanks to the manager Asri for making our stay amazing. We wasn’t happy with our 2 Bedroom apartment rooms. Asri took care of the matter in a timely manner and moved us to another location in the hotel. The staff there are wonderful like Piyu the bartender & Staff From Peshwā. The concierge Staff lsmeal, And Mark Thank you..

We traveled with children and the apartment was perfect. The staff was very professional and helpful. Subway (metro) is walking distance and also plenty of taxis available on site. The Battuta mall across the street in which you find a supermarket, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts etc.. I will recommend this hotel.

Outstanding hotel. We have had the best week. Everyone was amazing and professional. My children loved the oak club and had an amazing time. I will definitely be going there everytime i visit dubai. And oh have i mentioned its a cross the street from ibn battuta mall so we just crossed the street to shop until we dropped. Thank you everyone at the oaks and see you again
