Travelled with my wife, three little kids and my parents. Made the reservation trough hotels.com. At the reception, took them almost an hour to find it, just to find that we were in three different floors and surprisingly, all the room were “smoking rooms” ! When I specifically booked for non. There’s a very uncomfortable system at the hotel, in which you can only access to the floors you stay by using your room card. We all had to carry every time 3-4 cards in our pockets because we were all separated. As a compensation, was offered only a 25 % discount at lounge of the hotel.
