Atana Hotel

Great hotel if you have a car. The hotel is not close to a Metro station and it is not advisable to walk on the streets of Dubai at anytime. Parking is free and abundant, there is also a valet service for a charge. Got an upgrade to a family room with a king bed on one side and 2 singles on the other, which worked well for us. The staff are friendly and the buffet breakfast was good value.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Atana Hotel. It’s near the freeway (Sheik Zayed Road) and parking is free. The price is very reasonable. The star of Atana is its staff. They are very accommodating and professional. Special mention to Shoaib (concierge staff) who helped us with the follow-up of our missing luggages. He also delivered it to our room as soon as it arrived. I hope the management of Atana will take good care of them for their excellent service. The room we had was spacious. However, the chiller did not work fully. There was no microwave in our room. Take note that since it’s near a busy freeway, you may hear the vehicles from the street nearby per our friends’ experience. It did not bother me though. I’d recommend Atana to our family and friends. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

I loved Atana Hotel in Dubai so much and for the price I paid, it was a very pleasant experience. Esther on reception desk was very warm and welcoming on my arrival. One of the porters on reception called Earan was very accommodating & pleasant. He showed me around the hotel on arrival and also gave me an option to choose which room and view I would like. The location of the hotel was perfect and very convenient. The hotel is located in Bersha heights also known as Tecom. The 24hrs supermarket and pharmacy next to the hotel was very useful. The metro is 10mins walk, which I thoroughly enjoyed travelling on. For a 4 star hotel I was very impressed with the friendly staff and amenities overall. They were very warm and welcoming. I felt very royal during the entire stay. The breakfast wasn’t included in my package, but I paid for it 4 times and I loved all the varieties of cuisines. The chicken caesar salad was my favourite along with the cappuccino. The hotel had a barber house for men, which I loved to get my weekly skin fade. The hotel pool area was very clean and fun to use. My sister and her family also moved to this hotel for 7 nights as it was a lot better than where they had originally booked. Overall, fantastic hotel and location and I will definitely be staying here again if I visit Dubai again. Thank you.

It was pleasant stay there . Stayed for 4 nights in eve tower march 2018 and room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room service was good and specially staff was very helpful . Free breakfast in olive restaurant was also great.Like to mentions about Mark, Christy and Das in olive restaurant and Javee and Shoiab Bimal from Lobby exceptional service . Bisht from room service was very helpful as well . Will recommend this hotel to stay if traveling with family . Have a lot more like spa and pool area but didn’t get time to explore all will go back again soon

Nice hotel, perfect for families. Dubai internet city metro station just a few steps away (700m). Possible to order food from outside and get it delivered at the hotel. Staff very welcoming and always smiling despite the crowd of customers they have to attend.
