Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel

This was a HORRIBLE hotel. There seems to be a horrible smell in all the rooms. The smell off mold. It’s even in the hallways. They took us to 3 rooms until we got to a room that the less amount t of smell. And we talked to others and they all complained about the same thing. They know this is a issue and they are doing nothing to fix the problem. The service at the pool is horrible. The life guard hardly watches the kids in the pool. Unlike all the other hotels we have been too. Food is horrible and super expensive. I wouldn’t stay here again . The only good thing good about this hotel is location .

A good hotel overall. Some pros are the large rooms, breakfast, views from the sky rooms and the concierge service staff (Fahad who was very helpful). On the downside some cons were the fulfillment of special request and mean towel staff at the pool. We booked 2 rooms and requested them to be close to each other (as we had kids) but they ended up being on different floors. We paid extra at hotel to upgrade rooms so they could be at least on the same floor. So don't always expect special request to be fulfilled. Regardless this is a good and a typical 4 star hotel.

The family room is great but the arrival was hectic. Room was not ready before 3:15pm even though it was clearly mentioned that we will arrive at 1pm and we had 2 kids with youngest of 6 months old
