Eliza Hotel

My family and I had a wonderful stay, clean and quiet rooms, everything perfect and very helpful and kind staff( especially bori) We hope to come back soon and have another wonderful experience.

I came in to this property and was very impressed with the decor and the rooms. I booked a family room with 1 double bed and 3 single beds. The staff here was very welcoming and very nice. The location is great too. It’s about a 5/8 minute walk to the grand bazaar and there is a tram stop too. The staff cleaned my room almost everyday, replacing the bedsheets and blankets. There was a wide variety of foods for breakfast, all very tasty! The staff also attended to every need we had. Our room had a safe and when we had forgotten the safe code we were very worried as our travel documents were inside, luckily the safes had a master code and the staff got it open in no time. Another time I had a problem with paying for the rentable scooters in Istanbul, I was very worried but the hotel staff reassured me and helped me pay. I am extremely glad to have spent my time in Istanbul in this hotel. I will definitely book here again next time I come.
