Overall great stay. Rooms were cleaned daily as expected and the rooms were of a good standard. A lamp did not work but was replaced immediately. The breakfast is okay with the usual items you can expect. The hotel is situated well with close access to the main street with shops and restaurants. The blue mosque, hagia Sophia and topkapi Palace are also nearby. It is quite hilly so worth thinking about having a good stroller of you have a child. I'd highly recommend the closest restaurant which is Ortaklar, they understand English but most importantly their food is great and their prices are very reasonable. We found it hard to find a place to match their quality even when paying significantly higher price.

Unfriendly receptionists, worst room cleaning ever, poor internet connection, no accesibilty for kids stroller or wheel chairs.. Would never recommend it.
