Very nice and clean place to live with family, close to All the attractions around.

Located in a calm & quiet alley, yet you have great access to transportation since it is close to tramway. Breakfast is great. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Me and my family, we really enjoyed our stay!

Really impressed with this hotel. Great location - less than 10 minutes walk from Blue Mosque. We booked a family room for 5 of us including 2 bathrooms. Rooms were a decent size and clean. Service was fantastic- Mustafa really looked after us. We arranged tours through him and he even checked up on us while we were out to make sure we were ok. Nothing was too much trouble for him or rest of staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again if we ever return to Istanbul.

The stay was great, the staff particularly Salah at the front desk was excellent with customer service. The suite we booked was ideal for our family as it not only provided separate rooms and washrooms but also was a great way of living together as a family on the trip. The breakfast was good and the hotel was kept very clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel who wants to plan a trip to Istanbul's most important visiting spots which are just a walk away from the hotel. Shahzad

First of all the property is on a steep hill so I wouldn't recommend families with young children and elderly people to stay at this hotel. The taxi driver struggle to find the location of this hotel upon arrival. The fridges in our connecting room didn't work and there was no room service. Although our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis when we were out, the beddings whenever changed. On the second day of being there we notice that the kettle was filled with tea bags that must have been left in there by the previous people that stayed in that room. The staff was friendly however as we didn't book any excursions through the hotel, they made us feel bad. We booked a connecting room for 6 people and we was given a room with 5 people, when I told the the guy at the hotel that we booked a room for 6 people he said that we would have to pay an additional 35 euros for each night for an another bed. The view out of the balcony looks like a really run down area. There was a local fruit shop around the corner so that was a great advantage and there was a laundry just across the road which was beneficial too.

We got the connecting rooms for our family of 3 (3 year old) and our family members (couple). Both the rooms had they own bathroom, ac unit, and came with everything needed (towels, toiletries, water, etc). It is very close to everything too!
