Pell Palace Hotel & Spa

We stayed here as a family of four with two teenage kids, and the family room was very nice. There was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. It was clean and the bathroom was modern. The hotel was very close walking distance to the major sites in Old Town, so we could walk to everything. The hotel staff were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was good. They arranged for a taxi back to the airport for us. I would stay here again if we come back to Istanbul.

All honesty this’s not the hotels fault when I booked the hotel I didn’t realize the location is in the old city things are different when you have your family with you, our expectations was completely high we expected more for less , we only have 8 days to spend in Istanbul and we want to be close to all site seen especially we’re told renting a car it’s impossible, yes the location was disappointed but it’s what it’s ,things probably will be different by myself, the manager trying hard to make us happy by the way his name is Emre, we already made our mind on leaving to stay at another location

One of the best people family owned hotel everybody was so nice and accommodating in every step of our stay in this hotel Mr. Kader , Ramadan , the rest of the stuff was nothing but great if I come to Istanbul I will stay in this hotel location was the best 5 minutes to everything .

My stay with my family at Pell palace was amazing! The room was very modern and clean for something in Istanbul. We had breakfast each morning until 10:30 and it was nearby to all the attractions.

The Pell Palace Hotel was an excellent choice for me and my family. The staff are most helpful and the location is just ideal to easily visit the various places of interest in Istanbul. I would stay there again.
