We had a wonderful stay. I loved the modern and fun vibe of W. The staff were very welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed the pool and noticed the kids having a great time on the slide. Great amenities, attentive service, clean and comfortable. I would recommend W Sentosa without hesitation and can't wait to stay there again. Some lovely restaurants on-site also.

Lots of attention to decorating hotel. Nice but sometimes overwhelming. Some more simple food options should be available for kids (the picky eaters). Nice pool and great slide for kids. Lots of restaurants close-by.

We had a fabulous stay at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent service. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. A big thank you for arranging the complimentary stroller - it made our trip much easier with a young child. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of restaurants and sights. Wonderful hotel for a family holiday, we used the shuttle bus to go to all the activities on the island, lots to do. Very happy overall.

After an initial bumpy start where despite the booking being for 4 people there was only one bed in our Marvellous Suite. We had to pull the mattress off the daybed on the balcony for the children to sleep on for the first night. However, after that the hotel went above and beyond with two single beds in the room the next day. The hotel is lovely and quiet by the marina away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the floating mattresses in the pool! We also loved the fact that you could help yourself to complimentary water throughout the day and the complimentary ice creams for the kids in the afternoon. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff are excellent in all areas of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Room service is good it was very fast, food is nice and generous portions. Outdoor activities for kids are great. 24hrs pool is fantastic. Staff are friendly:) Lost the way from carpark to hotel lobby (no sign). Check-in time was delayed & check-out was slowed. Bed are too soft for me and my wife (47&35).

My children loved Singapore and the W hotel made this an exceptional getaway. Location is perfect, staff are amazing and the rooms are nice and comfortable.

Pleased with all elements of our stay. A full resort feel with a beautiful Marina view. We chose a Marina View Balcony room that is very spacious and quiet for my family. Easy access to pool and gym facilities. Check in/out was fast with wonderful staff. The only downside to my stay was a faulty carpark system which deducted SGD16 from my cash card, despite using the full complimentary parking coupon. And the Hotel management mentioned the car park was outsourced to a 3rd party and I am still in process to get back my SGD16 parking loss that should not happen in first place.
