Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality (SG Clean)

The hotel staff are really nice and it is connected to other Far East group hotel therefore can share the other hotel’s swimming pool. The hotel is right by the Sentosa Monorail Imbiah station and it has the Sensory walk by night time which is really pretty and beautiful. Hotel is very clean and great for family and kids.

I spent a lot of time picking a hotel for a visit with my children in Singapore and was very happy with my choice. We had a junior suite which is spacious and great for families. The room is in very good condition. The breakfast was good even if it was no buffet. We enjoyed the pool at the neighboring hotel too.

Stayed in the junior suite which was comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast was ala-carte, not buffet style for this hotel, good selection but portions were not large. Had access to the pool at Village hotel which was operated by the same company, will recommend going there as it was much bigger and more fun, with great views of the ocean.

Well located with nice and clean rooms. Stayed as a family of 3 with a 3 year old. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Opposite the monorail and very easy to move around!.

It is not a resort facility hotel. Our check in time was 3pm however when we went at 4.30pm we were told to wait for another hour at least before our room was ready. There was no buffet breakfast and it was a very limited set menu with timing slots. Though we went at our timing slot , we had to queue for 15 mins and waited for 45mins for our food. The following day when we wanted in room dinning for breakfast, no one picked up our call and no one answered to our request. There was clearly limited staff on the ground. They only have a small sized swimming pool and we went to the nearby village hotel for their swimming pool which was huge and kids friendly. Thankfully we were given access to the swimming pool facility in that hotel.

Very noisy, 1st night had inconsiderate guests above running around the room until midnight and again early morning noise through floor sounded really loud and kept us from a good sleep. Plus you can hear people in rooms adjacent Asked for room relocation which the hotel accommodated, next 2 nights were ok but pool is in middle of building so early morning (and day time) users noise travelled into room. Breakfast was ok but understaffed so slow, coffee machine in room but no milk (no minibar) fan noisey/ roll holder broken/sink slow to drain, key card failed twice. Asked for 2 thinner pillows and was told we could only have 1 as they had other guests that need them (buy more) if you want a relaxing time and a good sleep away from kids this one is not for you

would have given this 5 stars except for the parking and relative lack of greenery around the property that one would expect of a Spa type resort. The front counter staff and housekeeping staff were excellent with friendly and attentive service. Booked a junior suite and the room was comfortable with great furnishings. The only thing that marred this place was the parking. the car park has both an outdoor and underground location with no signs to say where hotel guests are allowed to park. There are cones placed blocking the entrance to the sublevel, and no one in sight until you try and park. Then a security guard emerges from an inconspicuous door. On returning the first night after dinner, no one is in sight and the cone is moved aside. On the second night, which happens to be late New Year's eve, the cone is blocking the sublevel and assuming it's already late and no security guard around, I move the cone aside myself to access the sublevel, only to have a woman barge out of the closed door. She demands in a rude tone "what do you think you are doing?!". Given my experience the previous night, how was I to know the guard was around? There was no reason for her to address a paying guest in such an imperious manner. This was a downer on an otherwise great stay

Stayed at the junior suite, all good except the window was covered in dust as you raise the blinds. Need to take more care in that. Other than that, pleasant. Cleaning staff were polite and excellent too.
