Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality (SG Clean)

Arrived late at night. For a 5 star there was no one to take our bags or bring them to the room. We booked the family room which is two interconnecting rooms. They are tiny, basically you either sit on the bed or there are no seats or even room to move for 4 people. The facilities are great. Lots of sitting space but you can’t see the pool from where you sit.. so you either snag a sunbed(limited) at 8am or you go in the pool with the kids at all times. Otherwise great hotel lots of potential, free shuttle around the island. Wifi doesn’t work in the lobby.

Wonderful check in service with friendly staff. The restaurant is appalling, stay well clear. Expensive food and horrible quality. No tap water, have to buy it. Rooms were clean, but very small, especially the “family room” which is two small interconnected rooms

We loved our stay here with our two teen boys for vacation. From USA. The hotel is well kept up. Staff was attentive and helpful. They had free breakfast which is quite a good spread and they warned of long wait times ahead of time but the days we went no wait all. Perfect. Dinner good but pricey but guess to be expected at a resort. Pools nice. Most catered to kids but liked there was an adult infinity pool. Always could be more lounge chairs but eventually we were able to get one. Rooms were perfect for family with 3 beds. Price is good for what you get. Loved the Sentosa express monorail was within walking and that goes to a nice mall connected to the MRT. Mall had a lot of stuff to shop or eating options. We wished we could be there longer and hope the chance to return.

Amazing stay. Convenient location near to Beach station. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The swimming pools were superb. Will definitely go back again.

We recently stayed for 7 nights. 4 adults in a family deluxe connecting room. The rooms are small no lounge or anywhere to sit except your bed. We didn’t spend a lot of time in our rooms. The room was very clean and serviced regularly with complete sheet changes. The pool area is lovely ( lots of kids) we took our own towels but there was plenty available each day. Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of variety. Transport - buses and monorail run from just outside the hotel and very easy, quick and free the get to VivoCity Singapore or beach. It’s is also only a 5 to 10 minute walk to beaches once you find the walkways. Drinks (beer, cocktails, bubbles) at the hotel were expensive so we shopped at the 7 eleven just outside and brought in to pool area which they don’t mind. Overall a great place to stay and come back to after sightseeing.

Great location for family vacation. I love the family rooms that had 2 rooms with 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms with connection door structure and setup . The pool has 3 areas great for kids, family and friends. Very centralized location easy to get to the beach, key theme parks, and to vivo city

they have nice kids water play area and they organise water activities for guest

We were very happy to stay at the Village Sentosa. I am glad we stayed outside of Resorts World so we didn't get stuck with paying more for food. This way, I was able to entice my kids to explore and not just shop and eat at places there were close by. We enjoyed our spacious rooms and the amazing breakfast buffet that had the largest variety I have seen. Great resort with super friendly staff. We would stay there again.

Village Hotel Sentosa is a great place to stay! Our family had a great experience overall - ideal location, very helpful and friendly staff, and excellent facilities. We will definitely be back :)

The property is centrally located near the beaches, monorail and Resort World (Universal Studios, Adventure Cove water park and the Aquarium). The rooms were smaller than I expected from the photos but very functional and thought out. We had a family room which was two connected rooms. Good to have two bathrooms. To be more eco, the hotel should use large pump bottles of shampoo in the rooms rather than small one time use tubes. The pool area is pretty but needs more umbrellas and lounge chairs. Most of the day it has direct sun and there is nowhere to sit by the pool without burning. Movie night was a nice touch.
